Senior Investment Officer & Planned Maintenance Officer - Scotland
Argyll Community Housing Association is seeking a Senior Investment Officer & Planned Maintenance Officer, based in Lochgilphead, 35 hours per week, salary grade 4 (£29,773 - £33,080) per annum.
The association is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to project manage the delivery of our housing stock investment programme in relation to planned maintenance, health & safety management and procurement development.
Candidates must hold a minimum of 3 higher grades; a building or property related qualification at a minimum of HND level and have the ECDL or similar IT competency certification.
A minimum of 5 years experience of procurement and building contract management is essential for this post, along with a proven knowledge of multi-tenure housing refurbishment.
